As a home educator, it is now your responsibility to understand your rights and obligations. Although not required, we strongly encourage you to join HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association). The lawyers with HSLDA work hard to support our rights to educate our children. They have been successful in defeating many legislative bills that could have taken away this freedom.
